ArbetSam approach (2013)

The ArbetSam project (2011-13) aimed to embed an innovative system of sustainable learning in adult social care workplaces in the Stockholm region of Sweden. With language development at its heart, the approach combined formal learning with non-formal and informal learning. It created two new roles, the workplace language advocate and the reflective discussion leader, and developed a range of practical resources (available in English, German, Spanish and Basque, as well as Swedish).

Resources include a comprehensive description of the approach (Guide for teachers) as well as a version of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, adapted for use in the adult social care workplace.

ArbetSam proiketuaren helburua ikasketa iraunkorrerako sistema berritzaile bat txertatzea zen, Suediako Estokolmo Eskualdeko helduen gizarte zaintzarako lan lekuetan hain zuzen. Hizkuntzaren garapena ardatz duelarik, proiektuaren ikuspegi berritzaileak ikasketa formala, ez-formala eta informala hartzen zituen kontutan. Proiektuaren baitan bi rol sortu ziren: lantokiko hizkuntza laguntzaileak eta gogoeta eztabaiden gidariak . Horretaz gain hainbat baliabide praktiko garatu ziren ere ( Ingeleraz, Gaztelaniaz, Euskaraz eta Suedieraz eskuragarri).

Baliabideen artean proiketuaren ikuspegiaren deskribapen zehatza dago (irakaslearen gidaliburua) eta Hizkuntzetarako Europako Erreferentzia Esparru Bateratua helduen zaintzarako lan lekuetarako egokitua.
