ArbetSam film (2013)

The ArbetSam project (2011-13) aimed to embed an innovative system of sustainable learning in adult social care workplaces in the Stockholm region of Sweden. With language development at its heart, the approach combined formal learning with non-formal and informal learning. It created two new roles, the workplace language advocate and the reflective discussion leader, and developed a range of practical resources (available in English, Spanish and Basque, as well as Swedish).
