Literacy and vocation - lit.voc (2013)

The Leonardo Transfer of Innovation project, Literacy and Vocation, 'lit.voc' (2012-13), aimed to make literacy learning more relevant to vocational learning.

The German-led project was based on the results of ALPHAZ (vocationally orientated literacy education – https://www.zukunftsbau.de/archiv/114-alphaz-grundbildung-fuer-den-beruf-2007-2011), with partners from Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain and the UK.

The project developed resources in Bulgarian, Danish, German, English, Spanish including job profiles and an e-learning tool (E-TRAIN) to assess and develop work-related literacy.
