Includes special section to help supervisors support trainees or employees who are learning Swedish at work.
The section includes three parts: Language and culture, Supervision and participation, Manager and colleagues.
Produced by the YA Committee, a partnership between the Swedish Ministry of Education, the national employment service, trade unions and employer organisations.
